This villa is located in a quiet area of Peyia.
It is open plan in its layout and upon walking in, you enter the living room. It is spacious and comprises of a three seater sofa, and two single seater sofas plus coffee table and curtains.

The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms comprise of 2 twin beds, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinet.
There is a family bathroom which is a good size and has WC, bath, overhead shower unit and sink.
It is also nicely tiled. A hand-held shower unit and curtain rail is also fitted.
At the rear of the property is a large private swimming pool, with plenty of seating around and patio with pergola.
