Located in the heart of the village of Peyia, 15 minutes north west of Paphos.

The house, originally built circa 1890, has many interesting levels, each with its own character but retaining its theme and charm throughout with individual courtyards, terraces and balconies with wonderful views down to the coast.

Entering the main house reveals an open-plan living space. The dining room and the kitchen are both decorated in the traditional style. The kitchen has Cypriot handmade fitted pine units, a sandstone sink.  From the kitchen a staircase leads to the cellar.  A door in the cellar opens to the lower street level. Adjacent to the living area and bedroom is a traditionally decorated bathroom/w.c.  There is a spacious library, study and office area.

Upstairs, the Master Bedroom is fitted with floor-to-ceiling wardrobe units in patina pine. French doors lead directly into the to beautiful second level courtyard. On this level we find a double bedroom separate to the main house.

A stone staircase leads into an independent apartment featuring a wide covered balcony with canopy.

This accommodation consists of a spacious living/dining room and bedroom area, kitchen and shower room/w.c.

On the 3rd level courtyard there is a further self contained appartment (summer house) with lounge, kitchen area, bedroom and shower room/w.c.  Also on this level is an 'al fresco' covered dining area and swimming pool.

Externally there are 6 levels with 2 courtyards, all of which are landscaped.
