This is a very luxurious spacious property available for long term rental in the exclusive area of Sea Caves.

It is set in a quiet location and has views to the sea and mountains.

The property has plenty of parking available at the front of it and also to the side has a covered parking space.  Also just outside the property this is also parking available.

Upon entering this property you will see how very spacious it is and how well it has been designed and furnished.  There is marble flooring throughout and it is bright and airy.  The whole house is fitted with very nice furnishings.

The living room is very large and bright, with patio doors through to the pool and outside areas.  Sea views can be had from the pool and from upstairs of the property.

Up from the living room there is the kitchen.  It is fully fitted with dishwasher, oven, gas hob, extractor fan, microwave and washing machine.  There is also a double sink, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar.  The worktops in the kitchen are made from granite and are high quality.  The flooring is marble and there is a table in the kitchen for dining.  Within the kitchen is a good sized dining area.

The master bedroom is large and comprises of double bed with many fitted wardrobes.  It has views of the swimming pool and the sea.  In the master bedroom there is an en-suite comprising of WC, sink, bath with shower fitting on the wall.

The second bedroom is to the left of the master bedroom, and comprises of two twin beds, plenty of cupboards and is a good size. Outside is a veranda with views of the swimming pool and the sea. 

The third bedroom upstairs comprises of a double bed, bedside cabinet and cupboards.  It also has excellent views to the sea.

All the bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning units.

The family bathroom is a good size and comprises of WC, bath, sink and shower fitting on the wall.  The floor is very nicely tiled with a design in the middle.  There is tiling on the walls which is of a nice design.

The private swimming pool outside is a large size and at one corner there is a covered area for relaxation where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea and surrounding green area.

This is a very luxurious property which has to be viewed to be appreciated.
