This is a 3 bedroom maisonette in the peaceful village of Anavargos available for long term rental.

Views of the mountains and Paphos coastline can be seen.

The property is finished to an exceptionally high standard.   The living room is a nice size and the furnishings are to an excellent standard as well.   The living room comprises of two x 2-seater sofas, small coffee table and TV.

The property is fully furnished.  There are blinds at all the windows in this property.   

To the right of the living room takes you to the open plan kitchen.  It is fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of cupboards for storage, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, extractor fan, microwave and toaster.

There is a dining table within the kitchen area which will seat 6 people.

Inside the property there are some areas of the internal walls finished with nice brickwork detail. It adds extra character to this property.

Downstairs there is a separate WC and sink.

The balustrade which leads upstairs is of a nice design complemented by this nice brickwork detail which is mentioned above.  This leads upto the main bathroom, which is on the right side of the stairway, and comprises of bath, WC, sink and shower.  Straight ahead from the stairway there is a bedroom which comprises of a single bed, chest of drawers, fitted cupboards and blinds at the windows.  Next to this room is a second single bedroom.  It also has fitted cupboards, one chest of drawers and a blind at the window.
