The location is excellent, being only a 5/10 minute walking distance away from Coral Bay Beach, and a short drive to the shops and restaurants that Coral Bay has to offer.

Opposite is the 3^rd bedroom. It comprises of 2 single beds, a heater/radiator, air-conditioning unit.

There is also a dressing table at one end.

The family bathroom is a large size and is nicely tiled. It comprises of a WC, bath, sink and shower unit at the wall.

Also upstairs on the landing is a radiator.

Surrounding the property are many palm trees which makes it very secluded. Outside there is a 8m x 4m private swimming pool with Roman steps, surrounded by palm trees and a nice rock garden.

At the other end of the swimming pool there is an area for relaxation.
