The villa is situated in Peyia Village - on the gentle slops among olive groves, grapevines and banana plantations, with stunning views across the Mediterranean sea and the forest of Peyia.

The villa has two bedrooms; one twin bedroom and one double bedroom (Master) with en-suite shower and toilet.

There is also an additional shower room with toilet and hand basin.

The kitchenette is well equipped, having a cooker with oven, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine and fridge.

For your comfort, overhead fans are fitted in every room.

The villa is very well presented and furnished throughout and is in a quiet area of Peyia.

You can enjoy a ten-minute stroll to Coral Bay, which has bars, shops and, what is considered to be, the best sandy beach in the Pafos district.

Coral Bay Beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag.

A five minute drive will take you to Peyia Square, where you can enjoy a traditional Cypriot meal in one of the local tavernas. There are also supermarkets, banks and a pharmacy.

Peyia is blessed with rich natural beauty: the views from the higher slopes are simply amazing, encompassing from Kato Pafos to Lara beach. The busy resort of Pafos is only a fifteen minute drive away. Here you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants, museums and ancient sites as well as a lovely fishing harbour where you can relax or take a boat trip.
